p. 305. Photo caption of Kerrisdale Arena concert poster. The correct date of that concert would have been July 31, 1967, not 1968 as stated.
p. 306. The correct concert date would have been July 31, 1967, not 1968 as stated.
pp 307-309. Please note that Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck actually stopped performing together in The Yardbirds after 1966. Also, I'm Confused was not in the group's repertoire.
p. 344. The correct name is Tony, not Tommy, Iommi.
p. 603. The debut Led Zeppelin album was released in stereo, not mono.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience these errors may have caused. As stated in the prefatory notes on the text, "While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information, some errors will be inevitable, although unintentional, on all our parts".

Enzepplozine Subscription
The "Enzepplozine" is our online electronic newsletter. A subscription thereto is free. The purpose of the Enzepplozine is to help Enzepplopedia determine print quantities of upcoming books and to share information with interested subscribers. Every month, those subscribers who opt in will receive updates on our publications as well as interesting and proprietary pieces of information about the musical group, Led Zeppelin.

Enzepplopedia may offer to ship our books to our subscribers first, when available and while quantities last. Enzepplopedia Publishing, Inc. reserves the right to offer promotional and review copies in advance of the official publication date(s).

From time to time, subscribers may be invited to participate in contests or to receive exclusive offers. Subscribers may opt out at any time. Any email addresses requested through the Enzepplozine are for the exclusive use of Enzepplopedia Publishing, Inc. We will not sell, rent or disclose our subscribers' email addresses or any personal information to any third party except in those rare instances where the law, a court order or government regulation may oblige us to do so.

Lithograph Giveaway
A limited edition lithograph, graciously donated by photographer Jørgen Angel and having an approximate retail value of $90US, will be given to the 1968th subscriber to the Enzepplozine. Limit: one entry per email address. No purchase is necessary. Subscribers will be counted in the order that email addresses are submitted, as determined by the website software and web administrator, independent of Enzepplopedia Publishing, Inc. However, the decision of Enzepplopedia Publishing, Inc. in this selection process, in consultation with such third party, is final.

The subscriber will be contacted directly by email as soon as reasonably possible. If the selected subscriber cannot be reached within a reasonable time frame (for instance, if his/her email address has changed), the lithograph will be given to the next subscriber in line until an appropriate subscriber can be contacted and located.

The relevant subscriber will be required to sign a standard release so that his/her name may be announced in a future edition of the Enzepplozine. He/she further agrees to accept the lithograph, which will be forwarded to the subscriber at the expense of Enzepplopedia Publishing, Inc. No cash equivalent or other substitutes will be offered.

Shipping & Handling Charges
We strive to keep our shipping and handling charges as reasonable as possible for all our customers, but fluctuating fuel costs oblige shipping companies to impose surcharges over which we have no control.  Please note that some re-sellers may charge extra for shipping.

Methods of Payment
All prices shown on our websites are in US dollars.
At this time, online purchases may be made via PayPal. Customers may also choose to pay by mail. To do so, mail a print-out of your completed online order form along with a cheque or money order (in US$) payable to Enzepplopedia to:

Taxes and Customs Duties
Because our books are printed and bound in Canada, they are exempt from customs duties. Books are also exempt from Provincial Sales Tax (PST) for residents of the Province of Ontario. However, because our books are being shipped from a fulfillment house based in the US, Canadian residents must pay the carrier 5% GST on the total of book plus shipping and handling charges upon receipt of the package.

Return Policy
We're sure you'll enjoy our book but, if you don't, you may return it for a full refund of your purchase for up to one full year from your purchase date. (Hardcover book only; no returns on ebooks). Please note that books must be returned at the customer's expense to:

Enzepplopedia Publishing, Inc. is not able to process book orders by phone or fax at this time, except for libraries submitting purchase orders. If you leave a message, someone will phone you back as promptly as possible.

Delivery Methods, Times and Prices
Enzepplopedia Publishing, Inc. has engaged a fulfillment house located in Olean, NY to process and ship all orders.

Enzepplopedia Publishing, Inc., reserves the right to limit book quantities. We further reserve the right to provide a limited number of copies for our own promotional, review and other purposes in our sole discretion in advance of our official publication dates.

All online orders will be shipped within 1 business day of the order having been processed. Expected delivery times shown below. Please note that delivery times are based on when the order is ready to ship. If you're ordering by mail with a cheque or money order instead of online with a credit card, please allow extra time for your payment to be received before the order can be processed and shipped.

Customers will be notified when their order is being shipped and will receive a tracking number.

Handling charges include order processing, insertion of bookmarks (while quantities last), picking, packing and customs document preparation (if applicable).

Shipping prices shown are for each book ordered. Only one ebook download per order, regardless of how many books are purchased. Please note that Enzepplopedia Publishing, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, issue the customer a rebate if the shipping charges for multiple copies of the book become exorbitant. This must be addressed on a case-by-case basis because of the variables of quantity and destination.

Neither will we be held responsible or liable for any damages to your computer equipment or other property caused by viruses obtained through your access to our websites,downloading of any materials, etc. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any special, exemplary, punitive, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind including, but not limited to, lost profits or savings.
